Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail Service. If you would like to review delivery times for your location, please use the Australia Post calculator here.
If you are within Australia and select the $14.95 Express Shipping option at checkout before 2.00pm, your order will be dispatched on the same business day. If you place an order after 3.00pm, please allow 1 business day for dispatch.
If you are within Australia and select the $10.95 Standard Shipping option at checkout, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch. These dispatch times are excluding Australia Post transit times. Please visit the Australia Post website for current transit times to your location.
If you are outside of Australia and select the $24.95 International Shipping rate at checkout, please allow 5-10 business days for dispatch.
A monthly dispatch timeframe is provided for all pre-order items and this is outlined in the product heading and item description. Please allow the full month for dispatch plus Australia Post transit times.
We will not provide updates on the exact date of dispatch during the quoted month. You will be provided tracking information when your pre-order item has been dispatched.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in entirety once the pre-order item arrives. Please place separate orders if you would like your other items sooner.
Once your parcels have left our warehouse, they become the property of Australia Post. Parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website using your designated tracking number. After Hours is not legally responsible for any lost or damaged goods. However, if your parcel does not reach you within the expected delivery time, we will do all we can to assist in tracking your parcel for you. After Hours endeavours to prepare and package your item with care to minimise any damage upon arrival. However, we do not take responsibility for fragile items once they have left our hands.
If you receive your order and would like to return your item/s, After Hours will offer a credit note if the item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged, and all original swing tags and garment care tags are intact within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us for instructions on how to return your order. Your item/s must then be returned within 3 business days from the approval date.
After Hours will not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure you use a registered postal service, as any lost parcels on their way back to our headquarters cannot be exchanged, credited or compensated. After Hours will also not cover additional shipping costs of any exchanged items or items purchased with credit notes. If your item is returned later than 14 days from receiving your order, this is outside of our exchange/credit terms and conditions. We will contact you to arrange shipping back to you, and return shipping for any items will be at your cost.
Sale/Discounted Items: All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or credit note. Please choose carefully.
Faults: Before we dispatch your order, we will personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.
Credit Notes: You can apply for a credit note by emailing us and filling out the Returns Form. Once we inspect and approve your returned item/s, you will be emailed a store credit code within 3 business days of us receiving your returned parcel.
• Credit notes are strictly valid for 6 months from the issue date. • Credit note codes are to be used in full in the one transaction as it is a once-off code. • Credit notes are not valid on storewide sales or special promotions.
